Processes are added over time with good intentions, but end up a conglomeration of movements that nobody can remember the reason for. Too many of the wrong processes and flows destroy efficiency and morale - leading to waste, leakage and turnover. When it comes to process design, our goal is Keep It Stupid Simple. Almost all motions should be explainable on one page with pictures.

Building processes and flows is a cross-functional team activity. The last thing anyone wants is for an “outsider” to come in and dictate how things will be done. That’s why we work very closely with your team to implement processes in a way that reflects your company’s culture and way of working. We will make suggestions, but at the end of the day your team has to live with it. So, it’s imperative they have a stake in the process.

Processes and flows will always need to be tweaked, added to or removed from over time. We adhere to quick iterative improvements in which we work with your team to evaluate the success (or not) of the processes we’ve put into place. We aren’t done until it’s flawless.
